Customer Reviews
Absolutely loved eating true authentic Japanese cooking. Tasty, perfect textures and flavors. I had the tofu with vegetables. The tempura batter was light, crisp and just coated the green broccoli not over cooked. The tofu was a good size with a light crisp outside. It reminds me of agadashi tofu. The pickled cabbage complemented every bite. The rice was perfection. Yes, I drizzled the soya sauce with mild ginger over the rice. My bowl was squeaky clean. My new go to place whenever I visit Sedona. Do not drive into the nature medicine shop which seems like the obvious one. Its the smaller driveway next to it. Watch thr hours because they are specific.
Nice and clean eating area. You order at the entrance and get a number and proceed to wait at the dining area. We had rice bowls with chicken and cod. The food was a bit bland. Maybe the ramen or noodle dishes would be better. Minimal service. Average price. They do ask for tips upfront when ordering food at the entrance.
Angel Kitchen is such a charming little spot in Sedona. When you walk up, it feels like a cute house that’s been converted into a restaurant. It’s small and cozy, with just a little seating inside, a few tables out front, and some in the back as well. Parking is limited, so keep that in mind, but it adds to the tucked-away charm of the place. We ordered both of the vegan ramen dishes, and they were flavorful with lots of fresh vegetables you could tell everything was cooked to order. We also tried the dumplings and the tofu, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Prices were reasonable for Sedona, and portions were fair. The kids even ate most of their meals, which is always a win. Customer service was wonderful — easily a 5 stars for that. Food-wise, I’d give it closer to 4 stars j
This hit the spot. The staff were friendly, the menu had all our favorite classics plus some unique twists. We ordered some appetizers and ramen. Everyone who had ramen was floored - they must call it Angel kitchen because the broth sends you to heaven 😇 The spicy edamame was so good with the chili paste on it.
I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. I joined the waitlist and waited for almost 30 minutes, only to be served a small bowl of instant noodles. It was absolutely not ramen, yet it cost $22, which was very disappointing. It only came with two small pieces of pork and an egg, and on top of that, it was extremely salty. Overall, the food quality did not justify either the wait time or the price.
