The Acorn Inn

We held a bridal shower at the Acorn Inn. It was amazing! The venue is quaint. If it is a nice day (which is was) you also have use of the entire patio area which is as big as the room. Christie was fantastic!!!! I cannot say enough about how much she helped with the event. I don't know if I could have kept my sanity without her. She stayed for the entire event to help including picking up, washing, answering question just to name a few... If anyone is holding an event with under 30 people, I would recommend the Acorn Inn in a heartbeat.

We have stayed here two times now. Each time was during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The hotel and staff have done a commendable job in dealing with the daily frustrations and altered lifestyle as a result of the pandemic. A lot of students from Elon work at the hotel. The Hotel is basically on the Elon campus. ||The campus at Elon is simply beautiful with the classic Georgian Architecture. While a lot of the campus has been built in the last 20 years, the structures on campus look like they have been there forever. This inn is no exception. It fits in perfectly with the surrounding campus and looks like it has been there for decades. In fact, it was recently built and opened. I always enjoy staying at the Acorn Inn. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautiful. Location is perfect. And the staff is very helpful and friendly. The booking service automatically changed my preferred date to the next available. Even though I arrived on the wrong day, the staff quickly found a room for me and could not have been nicer. This kind of personal attention is hard to find these days, but it has always been the case at the Acorn Inn in Elon.

This is the sweetest little Inn i have ever been to in the United States. The rooms are wonderful, with a fireplace, little kitchenette and a hall way to the bed room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets were so soft! there was a porch, both inside and out that you won’t want to miss. I felt like i was living in someone else’s much nicer life. They even had wine glasses, wine bottle opener and a bottle of wine in the room waiting for us (for purchase). We arrived as COVID still persists, so we didn’t get to mingle/meet/breakfast/wine with others but i still say, perfect.

My daughter and I stayed at The Acorn Inn on a visit to Elon. It was a pretty little boutique hotel with clean, spacious rooms. The location was perfect! We walked to dinner, ice cream, the bookstore and all over campus. The sunroom in the front of the hotel is so pretty, though our weather was chilly. I could picture how much it is probably used on warmer days.
