Restaurant was dead(people at 3 tables) when we got there. Got the option to sit wherever we wanted. Server was friendly and attentive. Food came pretty quick. Everything, salad, chicken, shrimp, Mac and cheese tasted off. Very bland. All of it. Quaint little place, but I see why it's dead. Food is overpriced for what you get and the taste. Didn't even get a to go box because food was blah. For what it's worth, the fries were good. Overall, food experience is a negative but it's a nice little place, but we won't be back. I'll stick with Ground Pati in Kenner

Had i really good experience trying a new place last night... everyone was nice , including some of the guests. Had the cheese triangles, crab and shrimp au gratin, and the chef salad with added grilled shrimp. Wife had the chicken with spinach dip on top and a loaded baked potato. Atmosphere was cozy, bathrooms were clean, and they even had an attached bar in the other room. The only tweaking i would say would be on thickening the shrimp and crab au gratin a bit, due to it being a little watery, but it was still delicious with little breads. Other than that everything was great. Will be back and even picked up a gift card to give to a friend. Thanks

First time here and everything was really good! Everyone working was very attentive and checked on us several times. The nachos with chicken were a great appetizer and the Cesar salad was delish! They also had several options available for sides which was cool. Lots of tables and people but the noise level was still very quiet and relaxing. The lemon drops were great too!

I usually do not leave reviews, but thought this one was necessary. This was our first visit. First, we were not greeted when we walked in and it seemed that we were not very welcomed to dine in. The young man that sat us was very unfriendly, but we gave it a chance. The restaurant was not very busy due to it being a Monday evening, but he kept huffing and puffing and generally displeased to be a server. It took quite a bit of time for our drinks and I did not receive a mug with my bottle of beer, as he offered one. The young lady that brought my burger to me, placed the plate on top of my beer. If i did not grab it, my bottle would've spilled all over me. Once our food arrived, WOW, it was great! This place has a lot of potential since the food was fabulous. Just need to adjust the servic

Service is very good. Waitresses always come and check on you. The food is always good, everytime ive been here, is all good. The place is nice and its been renovated. The last time i was there i had the red beans and rice w a pork chop. Filled me up and the taste was by far one of the best in the area. Their chicken sandwich is very good also. Lunch is a bit pricey but worth it for the taste. Id say about $25 w a tip for an average lunch. The other plate is Chicken stew with vegetables, very tasty, deff not what i thought. I also heard that their beef stew was great. I have to come in another time and try it.
