Thai Chili

I come here for the Penang duck curry all the time and recently, it was missing the traditional south East Asian flavor. The curry had a lot of coconut in it and not enough curry paste. Also there wasn’t any crushed peanuts in the curry. Maybe they have a new cook or today was just a miss. I will come back another time as I am a regular but will have to ask the cook to make the dish more of my liking.

A few years ago, we ate here and the food was very good. On Saturday Jan 3, 2026, our family came back and the food quality is going down. The Pad Thai dish and Drunken Noodle dish are both greasy. The distinct aroma and flavor of these dishes are barely there. The presentation is not inviting at all - just a jumble of noodle, veggie, meat mixed up together and threw on a plate. It's like the cook doesn't bother with making the plate looking enticing at all. We notice the available condiments, especially the soy sauce, chilli, saté are more like for a Chinese restaurant than for a Thai restaurant. We inquire about whether they have a new cook. Staff insisted that the cook is still the same. Anyway we are not coming back.

My son and I popped in for lunch while out running errands. I love all of the veggie options. The curry is amazing as is the pineapple fried rice and spring rolls. We look forward to exploring the menu some more.

I like the food, the service is good but I gave it a 4 tonight. They forgot the Singha beer. I probably didn't need the beer anyway. It was a busy night and there was a line at the door. If there was a line, that must tell you something, it's a good place.

Really tasty Thai food, dome if the best I've had in a while. The flavors were allowed point. I like spicy so I chose their 5 level spicy and it was just perfect. And they didn't just put in bunch of dried red peppers to make it look spicy. They used actual Thai chillies. We tried the chow mein, garlic chicken, yello curry, fried rice. All the food was amazing.
