Thai Chili 2go

went into tai chili last week or so. I waited 45 minutes to an hour for two rice bowels. No problem busy day. My rice bowls both were burnt. The meat was so burnt it was not edible. The 2nd bowl only had 3 pieces of chicken lol seriously. Someone from this chili then begin to text me and advised I’d get a e card refund. After a week of waiting I still never received the e card refund.

For a fast food place, I was actually pretty impressed with the flavors and quality of the food. I have had way worse Thai food in so called restaurant. Definitely recommend, great option for a takeaway and generous servings.

Even though I am a big guy I am a very picky eater. By luck I walked into Tai chili today and got recommended by one of the employees, I believe her name was Monet, and she recommended the chow mein. I know there is more to the name but I don't remember. But I do remember getting home and eating the whole bowl without hesitation even with onions and I do not like onions. I highly recommend this place. It smelled really good too. Thank you Monet for your recommendation!

I am SO disappointed in this. It was my first time trying Thai Chili and it was a terrible experience. I placed my order online to pick up and they said it would be ready at 7:10 PM. I did not receive my order until 7:35 pm, Which is an additional 25 minutes that I was waiting for my order which was placed online. When I saw my order, I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and added scallions. There was an insane amount of spice in this, ONLY green onions, NOTHING else. No zucchini, carrots, or scallions. It was an entirely different order. I have taken pictures to prove it. For a $20 to go meal, this was definitely not the place to eat.

I like this place so that’s the reason I didn’t leave a one star for this issue.. the AI fake lady answering the phone. I hate that. I hate that it was someone’s real voice and that they even added “restaurant background noise” for it to sound more real. “She” couldn’t complete my order and then tried to connect me to the restaurant and no one answered (tried 5 times). Got to the restaurant and there’s two screens to order. Hate that too. I get it, you don’t want to pay more employees but you’re killing the one girl that’s busting her butt packing to go orders. That’s why no one was able to answer the phone, because she’s too busy. I felt bad even having her enter in my order manually because she’s so busy.
