Thai Archer Restaurant Utah

We came here while in town based on the generally positive reviews, hoping to find a hidden gem. I’ve eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants (including some incredible ones overseas in Thailand) and while Thai Archer was okay, it just didn’t quite stack up for me. We started with the cream cheese wontons, which were absolutely delicious; crisp, rich, and perfectly sweet. If we’d stopped there, it might’ve been a five-star experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal didn’t carry that same energy. The chicken satay had good flavor and presentation, but the texture of the chicken was off, a bit chewy and inconsistent. The peanut sauce was the best part of that dish, smooth and flavorful with a classic roasted depth. My wife ordered the Masamun curry, and while it was probably the best part

Amazing service and food! I came here with two friends for some dinner on a Friday night and we were blown away with the quality. Our server was amazing and extremely attentive. The food was phenomenal and portions were very filling. The presentation on the Tom ka soup was awesome show stopper. We ordered the tempura vegetables and Tom ka for a starter, drunken noodles with pork and yellow curry with chicken. All of the dishes were phenomenal and we highly recommend.

I ordered the lunch special combination of Thai Basil stir-fried (#3) and Green curry (#9). The green curry was quite spicy (level 2), but it was very tasty and I liked it! The side dishes of spring rolls and fried wontons were also good. There were a few customers ordering takeout, but there were only 3 other people eating in. We had a great time chatting and eating slowly.

The small and quaint restaurant made you feel like you’re at home and an aunty is cooking for you. I came with a few friends and we ordered the dumplings, Thai iced tea, Pahd Kee Mao, green curry, yellow curry and the mango sticky rice. Everything was so flavorful and came out steaming hot - my preferred temperature! The mango sticky rice was perfect - mangoes were ripe, and there was a good ratio of rice to coconut sauce to mango. The staff were so sweet and the restaurant was clean. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Quick stop by for lunch specials , yum.!!! I got Thai Basil with tofu so good . BBQ pork is quite good also . My mother in law's favorite here is Mongo and sticky rice . We will be back for sure . ✨🤩
