Customer Reviews
We had a great experience here. Our server was polite and friendly and let us sit next to the window so we could people watch. The drinks were cold and the food came out quickly. A nice relaxing treat after being in the park all day long.
To start this restaurant is located inside of Cedar Points Hotelbreakers! I loved the atmosphere and the service did not lack in the busy eatery. Our food was prepped well and we enjoyed our meal in a timely manner. Our waitress was kind enough and we manage to get everything we needed! (4.5 ⭐️ out of 5 )
I wanted to eat here. I’m a huge TGI Fridays fan. I’ve been eating here since I was a child and still eat at a Fridays any time I can however this was the very first TGI Fridays in the USA that does not do sizzling chicken and cheese. This has been a staple on the Fridays menu forever yet it’s not here in Sandusky. I didn’t dine in because this dish was missing. While this Fridays is dated it is mostly clean and kept up well aside from the restroom. The men’s room is your typical Fridays dark urine smelly alley of a restroom which is weird that most Fridays left have restrooms like this.
Waited forever for someone to even ask if we wanted a drink or bring us water. We never received any service. As we were thinking about walking out a woman whispered to me "order now! It took us an hour and a half for food". We didn't hesitate any longer and just left. It was a Monday night and not busy.
The food is not great. We had a 10 people in our group. The steak was tough. There was a hair in my food so I stopped eating it. There are not a lot of food options around Cedar Point so I guess beggars can’t be choosers. The burgers were just ok. Drinks were fine. Overall, I would prefer never to eat here again. Mainly because of the hair in my food.
