TGI Fridays

Slooooow. Waited 15+ minutes before anyone even showed up at an empty bar around 5pm the day before Thanksgiving. And the guy would not take the order as he was 'not the bar tender'. Waited another 10+ mins for him. Ordered a draft, was rung up for a $9+ draft. Then there was an issue with the keg. So was given a bottle ($6+) as a substitute of the same beer - see the picture of the empty bar and the bottle. But still charged for the draft (I have the receipt). The attitude of the servers leaves much to.be desired. TGIF is going down the drain. No wonder they closed so many locations. Had a beer and redeemed some points for an appetizer. Did not argue and got out quickly after paying. I don't think I'll ever go back.

Food was great, seasoned just right, our waitress was amazing, and even though it took a little time to wait..it was worth it

I ordered two cocktails, including a margarita, which unfortunately was the worst margarita I have ever had. It tasted overwhelmingly like sugar syrup and was impossible to drink. My partner ordered a mojito, and it was exactly the same — excessively sweet and equally undrinkable. We left both drinks completely untouched. The bartender i had tonight (monday night) was very selectively hot and cold and kept complaining about customers right in front of my face. Also when i was trying to pay and leave she was over by service bar complaining to other employees about other bartenders and took unnecessarily long for her to circle back to me and the bar was mostly empty by that time. I get that the shift was long and tedious, but if you cared about having customers come and sit at the bar to tip you directly, you would work on your personality and people skills. She never introduced herself but the check says her name was Shaneema.

I had a very disappointing experience at TGI Fridays. From the moment my sister and I sat down, the service was rude and unprofessional. We were not greeted or served in a timely manner. It took nearly an hour just to receive a drink, and this was before our food even arrived. During this time, the waitress repeatedly hovered and followed us around instead of actually providing service. To make matters worse, we were given the check before our food and drinks were fully served, which made us feel rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome—as if we were being pushed out rather than treated as paying customers.
