This place is amazing! Great bbq! I had some duck sausage that was unlike anything I've ever had before. The hushpuppies and tallow tots are excellent and the brisket is delicious. Downright decadent. You might need a nap afterwards though!
Fantastic bbq and a perfect pairing to a night at the Devil's Backbone. The brisket grilled cheese was delicious and absolutely loaded with quality brisket. The tallow tots (loaded or just plain) are so good and cripsy with the right balance of salt. The guys at the truck are also super friendly and were nice enough to deliver our food inside the bar so we could grab some drinks.
