Texas Roadhouse

My waitress Lauren was very nice! I had the catfish, sweet potato and green beans. Everything was delicious. My daughter's had a steak. It was a little underdone. Not only was the steak taken back and cook correctly. Two managers came over to make sure everything was taken care of! I didn't get pictures of anything except the catcus blossom😁

Staff and my waitress were awesome. Couldn’t have done a better job The restaurant itself is pretty nasty. My water cup came with some ground pepper or other small black substance. My wine attracted 4 flies that kept me company the whole dinner. No one bats an eye or said anything. I dont think I should have to point out an insect problem to the staff, let alone there be an insect problem in the first place. My steak though cooked to perfect temperature was a bit bland. Hard to believe that would be the case for a bone in rib-eye, the most expensive steak offering. The sautéed mushrooms on top had way more flavor. I would have kept eating them with the steak, but I put a few in my mashed potatoes which I quickly felt a hair in my potatoes. Wasn’t sure if it came from the mushrooms, mashed

Oh man, where to start. This is hands down my favorite steakhouse! All the food is top notch! The steaks are always excellent! Had steaks at a privately owned establishment on SR44 in Ravenna that people rave about. Although a good steak, can't compare to Texas Roadhouse. The bread with cinnamon butter and the peanuts are both nice touches. Just go here if you haven't tried it yet. You won't regret it!

Went on a Sunday afternoon, very busy, 4 top table. Staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is energetic and enjoyable. Prime rib was good, a little fatty, but no complaints on taste. A friend got bone in ribeye, had that before and that is delicious. Had fried pickles as an appetizer and a round of long Island ice teas. Roughly $130ish after tip. For 4 adults. We go roughly once a month and highly recommend this place. Don't feel bad that I'm not giving 5 stars, I think 5 and 1 stars are given way too easily and should only be reserved for literally the absolute best experiences. Cut the price in half and the wait from 30min to be seated to instant, then a 5 star would be warranted. Seriously though, this location off Steels Corners in Stow is great!

Filthy restaurant from the floors, booths and eating utensils!! I ordered coffee and the cup was visibly dirty (chocolate cake like spots on it). No biggie I politely asked for another cup. Got the 2nd cup, stirred it up and looked at the spoon & lumps of food was stuck to it! Two entree’s weren’t available, my daughter and son didn’t even get their whole meals. My plate came late and our server was bad! Kept forgetting things, didn’t refill our drinks, or dinner rolls. We sat for a hour 1/2 with bad service and bad food. The managers came in and saved the day. They were awesome, kind, understanding and helped wish our daughter a happy 13th Birthday. I genuinely appreciate the manager’s approach to making our experience better. We got a discount and headed home knowing my daughter enjoyed
