Texas Roadhouse

Food is always very consistent and the service is always great. I love the filet and shrimp with the garlic butter, we also split the pulled pork sandwich which was huge. Had enough for two meals for the two of us and I’m a big guy, obviously the salad and rolls fill you up before you even get your meal. Great job to the Roadhouse team! Keep it up

I've been to Texas Roadhouse a few times, and they're usually pretty good. But this one in Lancaster, Ohio, was even better! The service and the place itself were like the others, but the cook here really knew what they were doing. My steak was seasoned perfectly, and the veggies and potato were awesome. Everything was the right temp and tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend.

This Texas Roadhouse was very busy but we did call ahead seating and got right in. The staff was very friendly. We got a table in the bar area and had an amazing waitress. Her name was Jessica. I would recommend requesting her for your waitress if you visit here. Our food from the rolls, to appetizer and meals everything was cooked really good. I would go to this location again. I’d recommend it.

Me and a friend went to dinner 3/06/2026 in Lancaster Ohio. First let me say the customer service was the best that I have ever had and im 36 and have lived in 7 different states. So Autumn B here is a shout out to you thank you for the wonderful service. I'll definitely recommend this place to others.

This is the 2nd time we visit this restaurant, the first wasn't the greatest, but we decided to visit again and see if the time just wasn't right in the fall. I wish I would've paid attention to our waitresses name. All I have to say is she definitely knows what she's doing and understands teens and their needs. My daughter thought she'd like her steak Med Rare 😆 we knew she wouldn't 😂 but still let her order it her way. Our steaks were brought to the table and the waitress asked us to cut in and see if they were to our liking? Both husband and I stated ours are perfect, 20 YO also perfect. Waitress comes back to check on us and Teen Queen couldnt take a single bite of that MR steak! teen queen asked if it can please be cooked more 😆 our witress didnt question anything she said "I'll take
