They are the absolute best and everyone is the sweetest. They work with you and are very patient . I know they have bad reviews and all you hear are bad things but those are honestly people that don’t come prepared and have to get turned away but news flash.. every dps is like this. I went to Marshall 5 times and they kept turning me away but the moment I went into Longview, no appointment and I KNEW it was going to be hard to be a walk in but they luckily squeezed me in (I got there at 8am) , they made everything super quick and easy. Danielle was SUPER patient and was helping us get all our papers in order, and helped us get a ticket so we could sit and wait our turn. I will be going to this office for here on out and I live in a whole other city. The staff was simply amazing and patient. This day I had booked up to get my state ID I had a tough time getting my documents together my anxiety was through the roof. The lady at the front when you first walk in was so kind to me. Kept trying to help me with my billing paperwork . I couldn’t get it so she let me go ahead and have a seat. I sat down still wasn’t getting then she came to sit next to me to see if she could help FURTHER! That meant the world to me. Well .. still not having what I needed im called to window 4. I explained my issue to the next staff who was also super kind. She helped me to fix my paperwork and the lady from the front still stopped by and gave us the printed copy off from her desk.

The service here was phenomenal and hands down the best DMV experience I have ever had. My husband said he would rate it a 10/5. They were quick and efficient and unlike most locations, very friendly. My husband ended up forgetting his wallet and they called us within the hour to let us know :) Keep up the amazing work!!

Upon visiting several Department of Public Safety (DPS) offices, this particular location stands out as the most exceptional. Upon entering with my son, we were immediately greeted by a woman named Carrie. Her demeanor was exceptionally courteous, professional, and welcoming. The other staff members also exhibited the same level of professionalism. The overall environment is highly comfortable and conducive to a productive atmosphere. I’ll continue doing business with them even though they’re an hour away!! ;)

Front paper checkers were a little stern but I understand why. Process went through and if you can see white edges around your birth certificate, it's not a genuine copy. It's a photo copy. And the back will have a seal.
