The library staff is friendly and helpful. This small library has nooks with chairs, a children's area with table and computers with games, and plenty of other computers for patrons. The trouble is Texas County isn't updating the books. Much of the Sci-Fi/Fantasy section is random volumes of book series. The reference section is seriously lacking and the shelves are packed with romances. There is a wonderful reading program for kids each week or so. Dr. Suess comes by once a year for story time. The Summer reading program is filled with activities and a large prize party at the end.
Very helpful and comfortable. I stop in when I am visiting, to do my Homework.
