Texadelphia

I didn’t realize there were still Texadelphias in Houston so I wanted to try this location to see how it compares to the other ones I’ve been to that have permanently closed. This location is very small and the seating area is long and narrow. It felt like a sports bar. The service was friendly and fairly quick. The Philly cheesesteak was hearty and decent and was even better dipped in jalapeño ranch. The bread is soft but sturdy enough to hold all the fillings, and the steak is tender and well-seasoned. The chips and queso were the same as I remember - not bad. I might come back for to go cheesesteaks but probably would never dine in here.

I have very fond memories of this place from Austin. The menu has changed a fair amount, but the Founder's Choice still hits it out of the park! Cheesesteak with grilled onions, mushrooms and the amazing mustard blend sauce. This place is relatively far from my home, but we will have to make the trip every so often to satisfy the taste buds.

Great sandwich and a decent price. Small and regular sized are good. The large gets a bit pricey but they got good options for sandwich types.

I’ve missed this place so much, and I’m really happy one has finally opened close to home 👏🏻👏🏻. The food itself was absolutely delicious, but the lack of filling was noticeable. It’s the kind of thing that could keep people from coming back, even though the flavor is spot on. With more generous filling, it would be perfect.

Another case of Houston thinking they can make cheesesteak, its embarrasing. Got the 18$ large in case i liked it, bad move. Try the small if you must, that way you waste less money. Adriana seemed to be a nice lady though !
