Tex Mex Bakery

This shop is an absolute gem! The guava empanadas are fabulous. The other customers in the shop were happy to share recommendations on their own personal favorites. Excellent friendly service and a great place for an authentic taste of Mexico and even some made colorful terracotta dishes for your own home.

No room to shop the old lady with the glasses she said to me that disabled people are not welcome here her comments were very rude she also said that my husband was cheating on me because she told me he looks like he was thinking a lot I bought the bread there and I noticed it was hard so I as her if the bread was a couple of days old she admitted it and said yes so told me to take the bread on the left side she should of throw it away or donated to a shelter, I have not heard that she donate to shelters or church’s her attitude was nothing but rude disrespectful comments that was unnecessary. Her job is to keep her business running, and keep fresh bread in stockand she also had her lights off the whole entire time. please don’t come here. She also charged me $60 for the bread also please

I visited this bakery yesterday and what a gem it is. All the baked goods were fresh. I browsed the shop checking out all the authentic Mexican cook ware, spices, decorations and more. I purchased quite a number of pastries and they are so good. I also bought a Trastero Grande to hang up in my kitchen. It's so great! The owner is so sweet and personable, a joy to speak with. I am looking forward to going back again in a few weeks.

10/10 highly recommend—if you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out! This place is hands down the best Mexican bakery in the state. The baked goods are next level! If you're skeptical, don’t be—just check it out. You won’t regret it! The choco flan is fire🔥

Today I visited this little gem for the second time. I was looking for specific cooking equipment and novelties, but I received much more! Socorro, the beautiful soul who runs this bakery and market, answered all of my questions with great knowledge and a smile. I was purchasing some conchas and she offered me conchas that had just come out of the oven! I don't live a hop, skip, and a jump away, but I will gladly continue to drive to the Tex Mex Bakery for all of my pan dulce needs!
