Feb 2026: We returned to experience some new flavors. I started with their Summer Rolls, again, going with the Pork and Shrimp & this time the Traditional Sauce. I prefer the Peanut Sauce as I found the traditional was extra salty to my taste buds. Next, the bowl of Vegan Pho kindly landed at our table. I ventured to the condiment stand and picked out the recommended servings for Pho. The one size bowl turned out fabulous! Happily filled me right up with perfect flavors. I delayed drinking the Wintermelon / Cheese Foam topped drink until the end as it reminded me more if a dessert (sweet). Photos added. ----snip---- Super casual dining experience serving wonderfully prepared Vietnamese dishes. The flavors and textures were perfect across all dishes we ordered. Truly a hidden gem and an unexpected find in the middle of Somersworth. As soon as I saw the pho noodles, I could tell that this place is legit. The broth was clear, and authentically flavorful. It has a blend of both Northern and Southern style Pho which I really appreciate. The servers and chefs were also very friendly and it was humbling hearing their stories and how the place came to be. And it is indeed very heartwarming to see a restaurant embracing the meaning of Tết (aka Vietnamese Lunar New Year). I certainly know where I will be for the occasion this year :)

This Viet restaurant is pretty legit, especially considering that it is an hour+ from Boston in sleepy Somersworth NH. I had the phở bò, and it was delicious. I am ethnic Chinese-Vietnamese and I judge Viet shops by the quality of its pho broth - TET’s broth was clean and clear with good depth of flavors. The noodle was semi al-dente which is ideal. The beef brisket and veggie toppings completed a satisfying bowl of noodles on a cold Friday afternoon. There are only a handful of Viet restaurants in the Seacoast NH area and this one is my top pick. Also, throw in a bonus point for having Viet coffee for added authenticity. I need to go back and try their version of king-of-noodle-soup, bún bò Huế. Go get some!

Tried them for the 1st time as I was craving chicken Pho. It was very tasty and reminded me of my favorite Pho place in MA. With that said, there must have been a freak accident in the kitchen because there was a staple in my broth. I bit on it while chewing thinking it was a bone and spit it out to me and my family’s surprise! I called and gave the staff a heads up, they were polite and apologetic. I’m just grateful I didn’t accidentally swallow this.. it could’ve been bad. We checked the kids’s noodles after that. Though delicious, I think I’m all set with Pho for a while.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came for a quick meal, but Tet Vietnamese Kitchen in Somersworth gave me a whole personality reset. Let’s start with the pho. This isn’t just broth and noodles—it’s basically liquid poetry. The broth is rich, savory, and layered with flavor like it’s been simmering for generations, whispered to by grandmothers and monks who know the secrets of the universe. Every sip feels like it’s solving problems you didn’t even know you had. The noodles? Smooth, perfectly chewy, and downright addictive. The beef? Tender enough to make your steak at home pack its bags out of shame. And the herbs and sprouts bring that perfect fresh crunch—like confetti for your taste buds. Honestly, if I could bottle the smell of this pho and wear it as cologne, I would. Now, about the Vietnamese milk co
