⭐ Heartbreaking Experience – Uber Eats Let Us Down Completely I’m writing this out of pure frustration and disappointment. On Nov 24, 2025, I placed what should have been a simple order from Terry Donuts in Haslet, TX—a dozen donuts and a dozen sausage rolls. Minutes later, I got a message saying the sausage rolls weren’t available. I tried calling the restaurant—no answer at all. I called the Uber driver, who passed the phone to the restaurant staff. She told me they were out of the item and begged me to cancel the order because she couldn’t do it herself. Trusting the process, I canceled. And immediately, Uber charged me $23 for a cancellation that was not my fault. That alone was upsetting. But what happened next made everything worse. I called Uber support right away. The agent tri

$17.88 is what i paid for doughnuts this morning minus 5.78 for sausage& cheese rolls. Why would anyone that cares enough about their business do this? Why would anyone put (cram) frosted doughnuts into a paper sack? This is unacceptable!

The best donuts, really. The shop is adorable with donut seat cushions and a friendly atmosphere. Prices are fair, and donuts are given with a smile. Stopped in on Halloween and they had a variety of different Halloween donuts with themed sprinkles as well as donuts in the shape of ghosts and favorite characters. Picked a couple up for my kiddos and an old fashioned for myself. I won't go for donuts anywhere else!

We love terrys donuts! Beautiful donut artwork! Not only do they look good, they always taste fresh and fluffy as well! My daughter loves them so much she doesn’t want to eat them!

Came here to get a sunny delight & a donut. Sunny delight was priced at $2.15 I said that’s expensive. The lady at the counter said if I don’t like it put it back. No problem my pleasure plus take my business elsewhere. RUDE !! Shipley donuts .. They have a drive thru and their nicer ☺️ Btw the price was. $1.69 for Sunnydelight at Shipley Donuts
