We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our waitress, Katie, was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure our meal was enjoyable. What really stood out was how thoughtfully she accommodated my vegetarian dad’s needs. She clearly understood our concerns and helped guide us through the menu, suggesting great options and making sure substitutions were made with care. It made all the difference for us! Terramar Mexican Grill is easily one of the best spots in Lawrence. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care from the perfectly seasoned meats to the homemade-tasting salsas. Portions are generous and everything comes out hot and fast. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff really make the place feel special. Shoutout to Katie, who works there she’s friendly, attentive, and always makes sure customers feel taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about the experience, and it makes a big difference. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food with great service, Terramar is a must-try. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Lawrence. I’ve been here 8 times and the food taste amazing never disappoints.The prices are unbeatable, definitely try out the tacos gobernador and any shrimp dish!

Awesome place with great food. Birria tacos are a must. Finish off with the Churros and go home happy!
