Teriyaki One Japanese Grill (Teriyaki & Sushi)

The food is so good here , I make a purpose to stop here whenever I'm in the area - and I live in Ohio! Nice portions of teriyaki that reminded me of my days in the Pacific Northwest.

I trird this place for the first time 2 months ago and I loved it and I kept going back and picking up multiple orders even sharing it with family. I'm a new grandmother to a 2-week-old infant and I'm babysitting my granddaughter today to give my daughter rest. It's 1:45 in the afternoon and I haven't eaten at all today. So I doordash chicken teriyaki. I receive it & there's no teriyaki sauce on my food at all. I called to alert a supervisor of this & they didn't seem to care. So it seems that you only get your food made properly when you are in the restaurant. When you doordash food they do whatever because they don't care because it's already left them and they don't have to face you. This is extremely disappointing and I'm so upset. Pretty self explanatory, I would only go for the chicken teriyaki special. Good amount of food for the special price, nothing special. If you are in the mood, I would swing by to try.

I visited this location on 11/23/2025 around 8 PM for the first time and had a very uncomfortable experience. While I was waiting for my food, the shorter male employee (asian?) with very fair skin and black hair who was packaging orders mocked my involuntary movements caused by a medical condition. He then said something in his language to another employee preparing food, and they both laughed while looking at me. When my number was called and I stepped up to the counter, the behavior continued. I tried to lighten the situation by asking how his day was going, and he responded in perfect english, making it clear that this was not a misunderstanding, and very intentional. I left feeling hurt and humiliated. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. I sincerely hope management address
