Teriyaki Max

I have look high and low around the Harrisburg/York area and this is definitely the best teriyaki steak and chicken in the entire area. It’s inside the Colonial Park mall, which is empty, but this place is still open because it’s soooo good. Give this a try, I promise you won’t regret it!

Don't let the mall location fool you, this is my and my husband's favorite stop for a quick, delicious, and reasonably priced takeout dinner. Double chicken teriyaki w/ extra veggies is our go to, and at just under $13 is more than enough for two people to split for dinner- the container is absolutely stuffed with food and they are extremely generous with portions. The service is quick and polite, and the food is hot, freshly made to order, delicious, and, most of all, consistent. Hopefully there is a plan for when the mall inevitably closes, as there is basically nothing left there and Teriyaki Max is the sole reason we have set foot in there for years now...

Every time I come they ad a dollar extra on top of my receipt and every time I complain the manager said everything go up so I would believe them or believe the news. I don’t understand. The inflation went down as well as gas prices. I am not going there anymore. I feel they raise the prices because it’s slow. Also about the food they put too much sauce, which makes the food flooded with oil.

I have lunch here now and again and I must say the food is delicious. They make everything on the spot and it was fresh and hot. You get a nice portion as well.
