Teriyaki Madness

I recently visited the newly opened Teriyaki Madness and I was truly impressed! I ordered the Spicy Teriyaki Chicken with veggies and brown rice, and it did not disappoint. The flavor was bold, fresh, and perfectly balanced. I’m especially glad I ordered extra veggies — they were crisp, well-seasoned, and generous in portion. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The owner was incredibly pleasant and took the time to make sure I fully understood what I was ordering. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. He even shared that they’ll be offering catering services soon once the staff is fully trained — which is exciting! This food is so good. You go into any place like this thinking you are going to get take-out style meals, but this is like Hibachi. The fried rice was awesome and freshly grilled with the veggies. The chicken is actual chicken breast that is grilled and charred a bit. I was really impressed.

The bowl is very good the crab ragoons is a big no not enough filling and it didn’t have any flavor at all looked like a mini taco

Very impressed! I’ve had the chicken bowl a few times. Very tender chicken and very flavorful. Had the white rice, brown rice, noodles, and veggies. All great choices.

I just had the worst ordering experience scenario ever lol. Can't make this up. It started as I walked in. An older lady who appeared to be the manager was talking with a subordinate at the counter helping them with another issue which sounded like someone needed a refund. I stood there at the counter for 2-3 minutes before acknowledgement. Finally, the manager looked up and apologized and asked another person if they could take my order. This already made me feel uncomfortable but no worries, I understand the restaurant is new, things happen, so I carry on. This is where even more fun happens. As I'm placing my order, I asked for double protein. I was told they didn't have double protein on the menu. First of all, how is this possible? Isn't one of the main selling points of this restau
