Teriyaki Madness

Good customer service. We drove an hour away to come try this restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. They were about to close and still took our order. Everyone was super nice and friendly, I recommend to come and try it out☺️

I think you'd do WAY better on your reviews if you would listen to the customers. The workers you have currently are neither here or there, I saw maybe 3 cooking, but the guy that waited on us was dry and not friendly and didn't greet us or anything. First impressions count, guys. This was our first time there and we were NOT IMPRESSED with your employees. We were however impressed with the food. It was hot, tasty, and portioned well.

Came here and had the best experience. Victoria expeditiously took my order and even though it was busy, she noticed I was in my car and brought it to me while i waited…. Thanks Victoria. I was tired after a long day and really appreciate teriyaki madness making my night way better with the best chicken in Burque.

Decided to try since they are under new ownership. Really tasty & quality chicken! I got the fried rice & my husband got the noodles. Both were great. Will definitely be coming back here :)

I ordered a large chicken breast bowl and was extremely disappointed. The chicken’s texture was so off that I had to double-check multiple times to make sure it was fully cooked. It had a fatty, gristly texture more like steak fat than chicken breast, and the flavor didn’t resemble what I’d expect from a chicken bowl at all. For the price of a large bowl, I expect much better quality. They also forgot the sauces we paid for, and the wait time was longer than stated. My online pickup time was 7:30 PM, but I didn’t leave until 7:45 PM. The employee at the counter was kind and seemed to be doing his best, so I appreciate that. However, the overall experience—especially the quality of the chicken—was disappointing enough that I’ll likely stick to Mr. Tokyo across the street next time.
