Teresa's Pizza-Mantua

Teresas has amazing pizza, we love that there are so many choices of toppings! We stopped ordering from other nearby chain restaurants and only get pizza here from now on….. I only gave 3 stars because I just had the chicken Parmesan and spaghetti and I couldn’t even eat it. The spaghetti was Soggy and gross. The chicken tasted terrible with a weird texture and the meatball was barely mediocre. Even the garlic bread tasted bad tonight. I now know to just stick to ordering the pizza from this place.

Been enjoying pizza from this location for many years now, but the quality and customer service have both gone downhill over the last year or so and I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. Tonight was one of the worse experiences, with burnt cheese and the (well-overdone) crust looking like it was half picked-off. When I called the shop back I was met with another brush-off quick fix that would’ve just kept me having to deal with the issue again. When I brought up the fact to the manager that having to call them back was a recurring issue and I was tired of being stuck in a cycle of dissatisfaction, my complaints were laughed off and hung up on without due compensation. My request to have the owner reach out to me to discuss these issues (as they were not available at the time) was also

I love the pizza. But when I drive 30 minutes one way to the place call half way there and order 40$ in food and I say ok thank you and she just hangs up on me I'd rather just go to one of the 9 other places I passed. I drive up and canceled my order. Pretty rude not to say thank you back or even bye.

We just moved out to the area in Mantua. Staff was very friendly. Food was mixed emotions. Pizza we got a small cheese to taste and was pretty good. Good sauce and plenty of cheese. Dough was a little dry. Then we got to calzones. One was super full and amazing. It was called a carna roma!! The other Italiano wasn't full didn't have the Italian dressing. I was a disappointed. Over all pretty good. Im gonna give it one more chance because I ordered 15 minutes before closing. Hoping round 2 is more consistant!!

Happy to have this place locally. I’ve only ever gotten calzones here over the last 20 years. They are a good place. I only pick up and food is ready when quoted and hot. Delivery is too hard on them in a rural area.
