Tenth Avenue Restaurant & Jerk Center

First time trying this Jamaican restaurant and definitely will be back! The oxtails and rice & peas were perfectly seasoned and great portion sized.

I got the LG oxtail with rice and peas! It was delicious! The oxtails were falling off the bone. The stew was just fantastic. The Mac cheese isn’t something I would order again. Very small portion and it was super dry. However it was very flavorful it just needs a lil creamy consistency.

Large Red pea soup contained about 6-7 very large buddy dumplings.There was hardly any room left in container to hold the soup.Not good if you are watching your carbohydrates and sugar intake.

The best Jamaican food in Paterson right now. My favorite is the fried chicken and rice and peas. Quick service, can call ahead to pick up, & catering service is great. They catered my college event for 150 students for a great price with all the hard work they put into it.

This is my first time eating Ackee and SaltFish at the Jerk Center and I brought someone. The store looks not too shabby however, when we walked in the guy behind the counter (never got his name) was putting freshly made "Patties" in the glass display case. He didn't say anything to us when we walked in which was not good how ever the food was great! The Ackee and SaltFish was fresh and the ingredients were good. It also came with boiled dumpling, yams, and plantain. Also fried dumpling! You can't mess up Ackee and SaltFish! Over all the breakfast was great!
