Ted’s Brick Oven Pizza

I wanted so badly to give them a 5 but of my 3 visits the last 2 were sub par. Crust gets more burnt after every visit. The salad was good and the creme rules donuts made up for the pizza.

Called to place a 40 plus dollar order. Ordered 2 different kinds of sauce for my wings. The clerk refused to pack the wings separately. Referring to cost. May i add. She didn't give me an option for an uncharted. Which I would have understood and paid. Order was canceled. Pizza inn had no problem preparing the order I requested.

Didn't rate the food yet. Have no food to rate. I have waited 55 mins as of right now and im told that they have not started making our food. What i see is a lack of leadership and organization. The cashier is working harder than anyone. Where is the manager? Where is the direction? They need a leader asap. Watched food sit on the counter in open air for 35+ mins. I would also like to mention employees touching their face without washing their hands. Someone help them. Update. Just got our pizza 98mins after ordering. Pies look good, time will tell. Nothing for the staff about the wait. Not even a simple sorry. I understand things happen, but be open with the guest and communicate delays. Final result.... pies were good. Our first visit to BOP. Hands down some of the best pizza crust I’ve ever had. We ordered The Boss, the Don Kalua and the House Special. They were all great but the House Special stole the show with the vodka cream sauce. A note for those visiting in our community: it’s not a big chain like Pizza Hut or Dominos. Expect a little more of a wait as they are hand made, baked in a small brick oven with quality ingredients. If you’ve never had brick oven pizza just know that a little extra char is normal and adds depth to the carefully selected flavor profile. They haven’t even been open a week and they were slammed. We intend to return as we enjoyed every bite. Service and staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The quality of the pizza is not what you expect from a brick oven. The cheese was so thick it just slid of each slice. Our bread sticks were burnt and I couldn’t understand how anyone could deliver them to the table and be okay with it. The people were nice and it was clean on the inside. That’s the best take away I can provide.
