This is a great little spot for a meal. The service was great (and quick). I got the spicy tofu ramen. It was good + had complex flavors.
Very friendly and lovely owner! The food was absolutely delicious and everything was prepared by him personally. I didn’t think vegetarian noodles could be made in such a way, but the dish was truly excellent. The same goes for my husband’s dumplings. We enjoyed everything very much. I highly recommend it to everyone!
I want to preface this by saying we are LA boba tea snobs and have tried boba tea from many different places. I thought this place specialized in boba tea by the name and high rating on google. The owners were very kind. The stars I gave were for the service. Maybe it was the time of the day but the boba was stale. We ordered the thai tea and it was too dark and not too much tea flavor. We also ordered the mango boba drink and didn’t know that it was mango with milk? It was confusing, they should clarify which mango drink is which on their menu. Furthermore, the mango drink had little mango flavor.
Just got the matcha boba tea and it was really nice, not too sweet. The lady at the counter said they tend not to make any of their boba too sweet for what it’s worth. Super sweet woman helped me, no one else in the physical restaurant but i could hear a lot of online orders coming in. Super cute and convenient spot!
When I was planning my trip to DC, I noticed this restaurant on the map and added it to my list of places to go. I was not disappointed. The location is fairly easy to get to. There’s a decent selection of menu items. The person working was friendly and helpful. I ordered the pork noodles, scallion pancake, and mango passionfruit tea. All three tasted great and were affordable. The pancakes were a bit oily for me, but I liked them. The drink was my favorite. The restaurant is small and doesn’t have a lot of seating, but there are a few tables, and it’s very clean. The atmosphere inside was pleasant. I would happily recommend and return on a future visit.
