I have become friends with the owner, Nasim, over the last 8 years of going in often to order my favorite sweet treat. She knows my favorite treat and starts making it as I walk through the door. We catch up on our life's again every time I come in. She has a big heart and kind soul. I thank you for always being so kind to me and your other customers. TCBY is my favorite sweet treat shop but Nasim is the true star. If the world could get this type of customer service everywhere.....the world would be a much happier place.

This TCBY location is very nasty inside. It smelled of urine, everything was dirty. Last inspection was January 2024 with a 98 score but it would clearly be an F if inspected today. My strong suggestion, the store needs to be temporarily closed to renovate and clean and strip, wax the floors to get the urine smell out. Then reopen. I’d hate to see the store close for good as I can’t get the white chocolate mousse flavor anywhere else. Please clean the store then I’ll return.

I was visiting and working in Atlanta, Georgia, for the week, and a friend and I decided to order TCBY. We ordered a chocolate yogurt with cookie dough topping, and I received a vanilla yogurt. We also ordered vanilla yogurt with Butterfinger toppings, but received vanilla yogurt without toppings. We called the store owner, and she was argumentative and rude. She was not helpful. She would not fix our order. She said she saw something different on her screen. I told her I would send her what I had on my DoorDash order screen to prove what I said, and she did not care. She stated that she had been in business for many years, and what we said did not matter. She kept yelling and screaming at us. We tried to give her an out several times, but she continued. My favorite place for froyo! The yogurt is always delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. My weekly treat 🥰

They opened 30 minutes late, the place smelled funny, and was dirty. The poor lady behind the counter seemed stressed out and some of the soft serve machines were broken. However stressed she was she was still very friendly and helpful. Thankfully they had my childhood favorite white chocolate mousse flavor but it doesn’t taste quite the same as it used to. I used to frequent a TCBY off of Chamblee Tucker rd years ago and get this flavor all the time then one in Roswell before it closed. This company looks to be a dying breed which is such a shame as it used to be a fantastic product and the menu is still quite diverse. There used to be many stores around ATL but now there’s just this one left on the Northside. Maybe somehow it can get turned around, I hope soon.
