Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!

TCBY is very delicious and Brad is very nice and kind he gave my daughter a free cup of cookie dough! My daughter and I love TCBY!

This TCBY location is the best on the planet! Their cakes are the absolute freshest, most delicious creations and the owners and staff are the friendliest. Don't let the season pass without cold treats from this impeccably clean and beautifully run location. Highly recommended! Brad is a rock star!
