Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Cantrell Road

I would have given 5 stars. The food is always fantastic, and it’s one of the few places where I can enjoy gluten-free meals with plenty of options to choose from. However, the customer service during my last couple of visits has been disappointing. The staff just doesn’t come across as friendly or welcoming. When I’ve asked simple questions, I’ve often been met with blank stares, and the employees seem more focused on talking to each other than engaging with customers. On my most recent visit, my order even came with regular pasta despite my gluten intolerance and the clear note I added. The mistake itself was frustrating, but what bothered me most was that there was no apology or acknowledgment from the staff. It didn’t used to be this way, which is why I’m sharing this feedback. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taziki’s Mediterranean is hands down one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants in Central Arkansas. The food is spectacular every single time. When I say ALL of their protein options are juicy, tender, and packed with flavor—I mean it. The consistency alone keeps me coming back because they never miss. Everything tastes fresh, well-seasoned, and made with care. And let me just say… the baklava cheesecake is absolutely to die for. 🤤 If you haven’t tried Taziki’s yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t be disappointed. If you want it more casual, more savage, or more foodie-style, just tell me 😌

Grilled beef sandwich is hard to beat along with grilled veggies. Employees are always kind. No negativity. Win win situation. For the price there is nothing that can match the quality and consistency.

This Taziki's is far and above better than all other Taziki's in Little Rock. I don't know if they marinate their chicken longer, have higher grilling temps, or what. Their food just tastes better and chicken is more tender and juicy than the Hwy 10 & Chenal location. Add to the fact that their staff is freaking awesome, it's a no brainer that I'd pass up Hwy 10's restaurant to meet my husband here for lunch. We'd reccomend the chicken feast with basmati rice. And the hot pimento cheese is a great shareable appetizer.

I've never had to say anything about Tazikis before until today. I ordered the grilled chicken pesto gyro as I always do. The pita was hard and crumbling. The sandwich was thrown together and not filled tip to tail as it always has been. And the main ingredient which makes the sandwich for me, the feta cheese, was not put on mt sandwich. I would say it was due to forgetfulness but the fact that they weren't very busy makes it carelessness to me. Please dont fall off.
