I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Over the past several years, service has become increasingly disappointing. Technicians often arrive much later than scheduled, and rarely is the problem fixed on the first visit. Instead, multiple visits are required, each costing hundreds of dollars, only for the same issue to reappear months later. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but unfortunately, I’ve seen the level of skill and service decline while my costs have continued to rise. This raises serious concerns about the long-term sustainability of your business practices. My partner and I own a Taylor Ice cream machine and grill. We endured countless issues with our ice cream machine for the first two years of business. Now the problem is resolved after getting a new machine, but the purpose of this 1 star review is for their terrible customer service. No one ever gets back to us and I was shocked at how Sandra spoke to my partner, rude and unhelpful. There aren’t many competitors of Taylor which I believe is the only reason they are still around.

Awesome customer service. Kristie was really helpful with setting up my account. She provided me details on the types of payments that were acceptable and directed me to the right department that I needed. I would definitely recommend Taylor products!!!

The technician they send here in Manhattan is bad. I call and they send me the same one. He doesn't fix anything and they charge a lot. They have very bad service.

I paid 1769 for my Turbo chef oven.. they are intensionally not doing anything for 3 to 4 visits and gives Non sense reason that “ they are not able to find problems “ and continue talking on someone and get information and wasting time.. Because ultimately they want to charge every second at the last.. For your information I can buy new oven in $3700 with 2 years warranty rather than wasting time on incompetence..
