The Taylor County Library caries numerous books that will satisfy everyone in the family; has half an aisle of movies; provides access to the internet and librarians that are both knowledgeable and friendly. Books can be checked out for 2 weeks with the option to renew them via internet or a phone call as long as a hold hasn't been put on the book by someone else wanting to read it. Movies can be checked out for 7 days and if your in need of a fax machine the librarian on staff will provide this service for a $2.00 and up fee. Photocopying is .15 a page for black and white and .25 a page for color. Look at the provided photo for more info.

The wonderful librarians always go above and beyond to help us out. They let us know about programs and books that our entire family will enjoy.

Not a very good source for research. Very small non-fiction section. Most of the library is dedicated to entertainment and "diversity." Not a library that specializes in the pursuit of deeper thinking.
