I’m reaching out to commend Cassandra on impeccable service at my 50th birthday celebration on Friday afternoon, February 20th. She helped make the entire experience amazing! In fact, people were so impressed with her hospitality that they are booking future parties at Tavola’s. She was so polite, respectful, kind, and attentive, while wearing a smile the entire time. She’s the type of employee that gets repeat customers coming back over and over again. Great hire!!! Great job, Cass!!! You crushed it and are a welcome memory of my 50th.

Usually really love coming here. Love the atmosphere and the people upfront are always very, very nice. But always have a problem with the bill and the service on time. This last buffet it says service fee included. Then they charged $20 more in service fee fees on that buffet. When I asked, they said they just keep it in that way and the words don’t matter. I Feel taken back and used when words don’t matter. Words are all we have and my word matters. Food is good. Service is always slow and they never really listen to you with special requests. Overcharging is common and they won’t change it even when you point it out leaving you in an awkward position

My husband and I dined in the outdoor area for lunch. Our server, Greg, was very friendly and quick. He made sure to check in with us that everything was correct and to our satisfaction after each dish was dropped off. The hostess and the other staff were also great! The outdoor area was beautiful and clean. It was very nice to enjoy the good weather with our meal and look out at the well maintained golf course. For starters we got the cheesesteak egg rolls and the Caesar salad. The egg rolls were tasty, but we were not a fan of the sauce, it was pretty bland. The salad was a very good portion and the croutons were delicious. For our main meals I got the Angus burger and my husband ordered the crab cake sandwich. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. Again it was more

Edward was our server, he was cool. The food sucked though, drinks sucked I sent mine back.. & the fork cut my mouth 😬 we kinda just paid and left .. never again ps: Brussel sprouts weren’t bad though
