Taverna Opa Orlando

Went to Opa yesterday 2/23/26 after at least 10 years now. Had a gift card that I wanted to use. Ended up getting two Grilled Chicken Artichoke to go meals. They were so delicious! Pricey but so well worth it, I went in the morning before 12PM, was nobody there lol, felt like I was the first customer of the day. Friendly staff greeted me when I walked in, asked how I’m doing. I really appreciate the service! On the other hand the parking 🅿️ is a total ripoff…. For under 1 hour I had to pay $8.45… in the morning on a Monday… total rip off and what is a service fee??? That garage is nuts, hope the management gets rich from what I paid…

Really great food with a lively atmosphere! The vegetarian options were tasty and had a good variety. I was impressed with the Greek lasagna, alternating layers of Greek cheeses, zucchini and potato with a savory tomato sauce. Very unique dish that I hadn’t even heard of during my trip to Greece a few years ago. The service is great, and especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. The music and vibes are 100% fun.

My husband and I came here for a date night and had such a great time! We arrived a little early to settle in before the belly dancing show at 7pm, which was so much fun to watch. Their holiday drink menu is out now, and the peppermint mocha-tini was delicious! The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively. Definitely recommend.

Had a surprise party for my husband and it was perfect! A little loud but we are old and we came in knowing there was a dj and entertainment so not surprised. My 88 year old mother-in-law even danced a little. Food was spectacular and everyone loved it! Thanks to Sheryl for guiding me thru this. She was so kind and nice.

Wow just WOW!!! I have been in hospitality for over 30 years and when I say this visit to Taverna Opa Orlando was AMAZING words cant describe. The night started off with Jose (Waiter) when I say Phenomenal personality thats an under statement. Jose was someone I would hire in my hotel or restaurant in Miami. Jose was the epitome of what hospitality stands for.. Friendly, engaging, customer focused and genuine. Jose started the night with menu suggestions and ideas as my best friend had never had Greek food before, he was spot on with the suggestions. Then came Jenna (The Belly Dancer) she was superb the way she interacts with all tables is by far amazing.
