These are definitely above average, shelf stable, store cookies. They taste very high quality and the chocolate melts in your mouth. These chocolate chip cookies are very crispy, light, and airy on the initial bite, but quickly become soft and melty in your mouth absorbing your saliva in a good way after you chew it. They are yummy.

Who knew Tates now is selling half the cookie for the same full price?? Embarrassing!!! Same size bag too.

I usually like their cookies, size has become smaller and their 'NEW" flavor of Salted Caramel Chocolate is disgusting. They smell and taste as if they are burnt and have chalk like texture. I am sorry but this is not it.

Obviously overpriced because it’s the Hamptons, so that’s expected. However, what annoys me is the customer service experience when you walk in. Why do they act like you are bother when you are giving them your money?! A blonde young girl was super rude and a guy behind the counter was talking about his personal life to the employees while serving me. Unprofessional. Please get humble, nice, friendly people who enjoy being in customer service!
