Great, friendly, fast service. While this place is definitely carnivore's dream, they had a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. If you're looking for something a little different, I'd recommend stopping in and giving the bison a try!

Very unique restaurant offering Bison burger in a cozy setting. We come here a lot, the owner is super friendly and prepares the food from scratch which makes it juicy and fresh. Very good side of salad if you don’t want the potato wedges which are grilled on the griddle and also very good. Highly recommend.

I looove this place. Probably the best burgers in town. The bison is delicious and makes it really unique to a typical greasy beef burger. In fact, the burgers are so good that I had to fight off both a bee and a French bulldog who wanted a taste. Everybody wants in on this. It’s always the same guy working there, and he’s a delight. Super nice and friendly and good to talk to. Plus this place is right by Pt defiance so you can go take your burger to the beach or something. It’s also a local owned business! Definitely one of Tacoma’s best.

My wife and I just got a burger and spuds from here, and it was amazing! The burger was made fresh as you order it and the spuds are made on the flat grill, which gives them a great crisp on the outside, but nice and soft on the inside. We ordered 2 rivers from them as well. I'm reddit excited to get those!
