Customer Reviews
Excellent restaurant with generous portions. The food was well seasoned and spicy level perfectly adjusted upon request. Polite and welcoming staff. Parking available on street with meters. Clean and fun decorated dining room with plenty of seating.
My daughter brought Chicken Viryani home for dinner Saturday. There was mostly rice and hardly any chicken, big box of rice. Jollof rice? We will not be going back there. No big deal on taste. Not a fan.
This is actually my first time trying Indian food since I moved to Missouri and this place was great! Can't wait to go back again some time soon I hope!
I am so sad to write this as originally this was my favorite spot to pick up any food from for two whole years! Taste of India has been changing its serving sizes to much smaller portions, but I get it, everywhere has been doing that. They have also been changing recipes, its a little sad but the food was still good. But I got the chicken mahkani and a serving of veggie samosas, veggie samosas were ok, but when I saw the mahkani I felt instantly off, tated it and though maybe they are just changing the recipe. I continued eating, with a little disappointment, feeling like my spot had changed too much for me. Then I found A HAIR A BLACK HAIR IN MY FOOD. way too long to be an eyelash, but not too long either. I now have terrible indigestion and food poisoning. I'm incredibly heartbroken and
I got the chicken makani, with garlic Naan and Mango Lassi. The garlic Naan was great. The Mango Lassi did not taste good. It tasted like the mangoes used were bad. The first spoon of rice I ate came with maybe stone or sand. The environment was nice, clean, and quiet, but my experience with the food could definitely have been better.
