Ideally situated next to the bay, this spot is a short walk to iconic San Diego views and is a convenient five-minute walk from the ferry. The outdoor seating is a major highlight, providing a perfect atmosphere to enjoy their excellent coffee and tea. While the location is a 10/10, the food was a bit more hit-or-miss. The Caprese Panini was decent, but the internal ingredients felt a bit mushy and lacked the brightness you’d expect from fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. Similarly, the Raspberry Ricotta dessert was pleasant enough, but didn't quite leave a lasting impression. Come for the views and the caffeine, but there's room for improvement on the kitchen execution.

Stopped by Tartine and had the prosciutto panini — it was really good, fresh, and full of flavor. The servers were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Simple, delicious food with great service. Would definitely come back!

Holy smokes what a great experience! Our food was incredible and our server took extra care of us for my wife’s birthday. I forgot her name, I’m so sorry. But we were on the patio from around 12 to 1. Can’t wait to come back.

Love the baby spinach salad with turkey--the goat cheese is amazing. Great portions. Great quality. Staff is friendly but the service seems a little slow to me. Not a hardship but if you're in a hurry order ahead for pick up. Has cafe bakery atmosphere and the desserts look amazing. Repeat customer.

Stopped by at night for a quick pastry and a coffee. Started off with wonderful service, the gentleman who served us was very kind and seemed happy to be there, which is rare these days. The lemon meringue was divine, the ricotta pistachio tart was good, but the crust lacked any pistachio flavor. Regardless, our coffees were well made, and the desserts were large and yummy. I'm definitely going to come back for a full meal and another round of pastries.
