Tarpon Tavern

Really great place. Little slow service today but this is the tenth time I’ve been here and the only time with slow service. Food is good, service is normally great, and prices aren’t bad. It’s right on side of the trail and great for a bike stop. I got huervos rancheros and French toast. Excellent. Good place and will be back.

I love TT, got carryout wings on 11/23, so much better than jimmys wings! Bleu cheese is legit and not some paste. Bartender was engaging, timely and just right….but but but, the to go wings were so dry when I even requested extra wet! I turned the to go containers upside down to try to get some drippings but my 20 chicken wings for $36 had no buffalo sauce to rub around in…flavor was great, just not enough of it, kind of ruined the wing fix!

Delicious food, good atmosphere, large portions and nice outdoor dining. Have enough time because from the time we ordered to the time our food was served took longer than usual. Appetizers were amazing!

If I had an opinion I would put it at 4.5 but the food was amazing had a burger then my friends got fish and a chicken fajita. All were really really good. The food also came out really quick and servers were really nice and timely. The only thing is it’s on the upper side of price but for good food and good service it’s expected. Sooo I would say great job by chefs and the waitresses that served us

This was a very quaint place in tarpon. The food and reviews looked great, so we decided to make the 45 min drive to test it out. It was ok. Our waiter was nice, just not cordial at all, there to take our order and that's about it. The menu was small, but looked to be pretty diverse. We had the nachos which the chicken was over salty, a rice bowl that was good, a smash burger that was excellent, and the margarita flatbread which was pretty good as well. All the food came out piping hot and fresh, so hot I couldn't eat it for a bit. Overall, a great place to stop and eat if you're on the same street, but I wouldn't make the special drive to go eat there.
