I ordered the gorditas. The gorditas was hand made fresh. The desebrada (shredded beef) was well seasoned/good flavor. Price was adequate for the quality of the food. The Chile pasado gordita had authentic flavor. The cheese was high grade artisanal cheese. Good sized portions.

Food was fresh and delicious! They perfected what is on the menu including handmade tortillas. Loved being able to add my own toppings. Place was extremely clean and the staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. We will certainly be returning customers.

I had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care! What really stood out, though, was the people— the owners and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the kind of place where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in! They even helped me carry my to-go bags out to my car, which was such a thoughtful touch you don’t see very often anymore!

Absolutely the best birria!! We like to find food all around. Craving birria and found this place online! Almost hour drive for the best birria we have ever had!!

I loved the food. Delicious. The only thing I did not like was having to stand at a table to get condiments like onion, cilantro and salsa. When I was there getting my a woman who came up at the same time was crowding me and trying to hurry me. I think they should do like El Rancho and have a tray with little bowls for the condiments brought to the table. Also, maybe some chips while you wait because food did take a bit.
