Taquería Los Compadres

I got the beef tongue burrito and I highly recommend you try it ! The menu has lots of meat options for your burrito, taco or quesadilla, but lacks other food options (I would of liked some street corn) but it's ok. the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender and the rest of the burrito toppings come together amazingly to make a savory, flavorful and creamy (with sour cream, smooth melted cheese, alvacado, soft rice) burrito! I DO wish that it came with a side.... The service is good, they make the food in a timely manner and it is very good. I waited about 10-15 minutes. The atmosphere isn't anything special, being right next to the interstate, and sitting in a worn parking lot- but I do NOT hold that against them lol. I don't go to food trucks for the atmosphere
