Taquería El Cuate #1

Was in midland for some appointments im from Houston working out here and bump to this spot. Got the taco plate, rice and beans was great. If you mess that up means the food won’t be as good but they nailed it. Pastor was flavorful also the carnitas. Asada was good but a little more dry (reheated) flavor was gone. But definitely recommend this spot!

The birria ramen was 🔥💯 on point came with everything and shrimp tacos were good. My wife got a big ole burrito it was delicious. Everything was perfect and the horchata was good. We are definitely going back. 💯🔥🔥🙏🏼 *Edit* We came back again and got birria ramen (🔥) Chicken quesadillas for the kids (🔥🔥) Birria fries (🔥🔥🔥) The hot dogs were mid, nothing to crazy. I'll be back again

I doordashed the cheeto burrito & first i found a peace of a stainless scrub & then i found a hair in my burrito! so disgusting this place is not clean at all

Taste of the food is great, and the combinations are great, I always get agua de Jamaica. The guys who attend are very friendly.

Tried the quesabirria tacos 2 days ago they were really good got the combo but was missing rice and beans but it's fine. Came back today to try the al pastor tacos and mulitas. Let me tell you they were really good! Next time the nachos will be my next go to
