Taqueria Y Chimichangas Ashley's - Cudahy

This place has one of the most fantastic Mexican buffets I've ever had! Food was extremely fresh, the hard shells they have for tacos were the best also! They do not have margaritas or alcohol but plenty of non alcoholic options. All the buffet items are fresh and they also have a drive through for to go options! Very nice place.

I got my food to go because this place has a drive through. There are about 5 tables inside. The service was great. This place was packed but the wait was not bad at all. I will definitely go back.

I don't like to say anything really bad about places I eat at, the food here wasn't great. I couldn't finish the enchiladas that i got, they turned into kind of soupy mess, the red sauce used for them was very thin and lacked flavor. I forgot what my husband got but he said it was ok, nothing special or wowing about it. The restaurant used to be an Arby's I belive, the inside of the restaurant looks like not much has changed, floor looked like it needs to be redone as well as most of the interior. The service was ok, nothing great there either, just hurry up n take the order and have a nice day. Oh also if your coming to this restaurantfrom the north, when you get close to it there is a open drive spot that will take you over the grass and curbs, that needs to be addressed becaus

My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant hungry! We ordered 3 entrees 2 drinks and a dessert! First up was the chimichangas. We got the steak and pork. The steak was perfectly charred and had incredible flavor. The pork was even more insane, it was stuffed and seasoned to the max. We had two huge bottles of red and green sauce. Both were delicious but the green was my favorite. We got the green enchiladas with the pork and they were the best enchiladas we’ve eaten in Wisconsin. They give a pretty large portion too! The birria tacos were stuffed full and also incredible. We will definitely be getting all three entrees again since they were so good. The horchata was THICK. Order a large. Do not get mediums like we did. The tres leches cake was wet and creamy. It was so filling we ended up

The food is just great!!! I mean everything is just so delicious and the staff are so nice. They have a buffet barely opened today but omg it’s just so good they have many things in the buffet for only $16.00 all you can eat buffet. I’ve been there since they opened and never have failed me with anything I recommend the quesabirrias with the consomé it’s so bomb and the tacos are fire!
