Taqueria Mi Pueblito

Great food at great prices! My sister and i got the daily specials tacos & beans & rice, and i got the flautas beans& rice! I was delighted to see more than 3 flautas! Although i wish there were more beans & rice on the plate. The red salsa has some bite but good flavor. Also the daily specials plates were 12$.

This Mexican food is not authentic at all to start with the burrito. Large is a very small burrito and very disappointing to bite in and find it’s all rice and beans. Very little meat at all. Secondly, the service was very poor. Waited 40 minutes to get a burrito third of all, there’s no hand washing areas or no restroomsand nowhere comfortable to wait while you’re sitting out baking in the sun. I would avoid this place with every bone in my body.

These people were awesome and the food was amazing! Tried the Torta Alpastor. Yum! The guy who took my order was very conversational. My intention was to go back the next day and try the burrito (recommended) and a taco, but horrible weather conditions in The Dalles and Hood River changed my plans...and unfortunately, I left town the next day. This place was highly recommended by my students .. unanimously! A definite go-to!

It's a good place - the food is delicious and always fresh, thanks to the chefs and waiters.

Oh my gosh you guys, you need this food in your belly! Even if you're not hungry, trust me, your taste buds will sing. The service was quick, but everything was fresh. The shells were cooked perfectly. The meat was tender and flavorful without being over seasoned. There was plenty of filling on the shells. The salsa was good and there is a great little outdoor seating area.
