Had a delicious lunch here today! Took photos a bit late… but we had a torta milanesa with beans as recommended; one of each kind of tamale; and a roasted pork burrito, with an iced horchata. Authentic flavors - wry reasonably priced - recommended! Park on the street behind the restaurant!

Some of the best tacos and Mexican food in Lawrence hands down! I love coming to this place and getting a margarita and some tacos. There birria tacos are to die for! The family that runs this place is always so nice and helpful and make some damn good food. I highly recommend checking this place out if you have some time and want some good local Mexican food!

The food was okay but the experience was less than ideal. The owner ? or server looked at me like I had the worst order ever. That happens a lot as a vegetarian when I don’t order meat. Some people don’t understand. There’s no chips or glasses of water. You pay for bottles of water. There’s also no actual waiting on a table however you order at the table. A bigger group of college aged kids came in and were very loud and yelling and basically ruined the experience for me. Call me old or whatever but you never know what people are going through. Be respectful when you are eating by others. Eh I am not sure I’d go out of my way to eat here again unless some things are changed. It has potential but I don’t see it lasting long as it is now.

I’m so happy this place opened up. The Birria burrito was so delicious, I was more than happy to finish my wife’s once she got full! Hope the foot traffic stays steady cause eating their food out on their patio will be so fun this summer!

best quesabirria i’ve ever had !!!! super super friendly on the wallet too, less than $10 per person and service was super quick and friendly :) just had it yesterday and i already want to go back again 😂
