The asada Tlayuda was missing flavor. I ordered 4 of them. The salsa didn't even help. I couldn't tell the difference between the tortilla, the radish and the bunch of cabbage. All I could taste was the beans. The asada was meh at best. Pidele Tlayuda a alguien para masticar la tortilla.
The best tacos in Fort Smith, by a lot. Maybe the best tacos in Arkansas. I travel for work and I got spoiled to *good* tacos, especially in places like Denver, SLC, San Diego, etc, where you get REAL tacos, very close to what you get in Mexico. We don't have much of that here which is crazy, since we have a huge Hispanic population. Idk if most places feel like they have to Americanize the food to be successful or what, but I wish they wouldn't. This place is the closest I've come to genuine, authentic Mexican taco stand/truck food. It's really good and the prices are great.
Two ladies working here very rude and seem clueless on how to charge for certain items. Asked for a quesabirra taco and they seemed clueless as to what it was i was ordering then continued to try to explain like i didn’t know what i was talking about (mind you thats what the tacos a literally called) said that they have a quesadilla with birria or a taco and if i wanted cheese on it it would be extra, but the way this lady explained to me felt very belittling also consome they gave me to dip my tacos was pure oil. Ordered a coke in bottle and didn’t ask to open just handed it to me. they staight up played in our faces. Conversation was in Spanish so dont think they didnt understand me because i was speaking english. Never coming back
Strongly recommend for people who want a taste of Oaxacan food! Tlayudas are absolutely delicious and aqua frescas are refreshing. Try their pineapple one!
Just found this 24-hour taco truck, and I’d say their tacos are definitely in my top 5 in Fort Smith. I tried the quesabirria tacos, a sope, and a regular taco — everything was flavorful and really well done. Service was also great. They also have a canopy with a seating area if you want to eat outside. My only complaint: the birria tacos had a bit too many fatty chunks, which took away from the experience. I also tried the horchata, but unfortunately, it was a miss — it tasted more like vanilla milk than true horchata, and there was about an inch of sediment at the bottom of the cup. Would I go back? Absolutely — but for now only for the tacos and sopes. Those are worth the trip.
