Taqueria la chulis

We stopped into Taqueria La Chuli’s for lunch today and were so happy with what we tried. Everything was awesome! Excellent flavors, some surprising in a really great way, and super fun and comfortable ambiance! Their home made salsas were delicious and excellent pairing for all the foods we tried. We had the Sopa’s with Chorizo, Asada Taco, Flauta’s with Chicken, Quesadilla with Asada, and the Asada Fries. My favorite was the Sopa. The chorizo was perfect and the flavors all balanced each other so well. Some of the dishes were slightly sweet which balanced the heaviness and made for a fantastic twist to some of the classics. The food is cooked to order so you don't ever get dry meat. It's always hot off the grill and absolutely bomb. Their rice is good too. The free chips, hot sauce and meat are where this place shines. I Love that you can crab another little handful of chips if you want. The hot sauce ranges from really hot to no heat at all. This is from a Taqueria and hot sauce fan. the inside is very plain but that's not something I care about at all. It's nice and clean and that's what matters. Truly 5 star eats. It's a little high priced. $18 for my meal without a drink. if it were 15 or below I would eat there more often. I Think a family owns it so that's awesome. They always have big smile for me. Great place for lunch! They have indoor and outdoor basic seating. Not much of an atmosphere but the Tacos are solid and the food comes quick.

Absolutely delicious! Some of the best guacamole I have ever had, the burritos (veggie and chicken) were loaded, and sitting outside was a treat. You definitely get your moneys worth!

This is the most delicious "manly meat". This is why dad is the king of the grill. The variety of fresh salsas.. and relishes, free chips and salsa. And this blessed owner made me feel like a queen eating his delicious food, he even gave me a house horchata. Perfect 👌
