Taqueria El Coyote

I got three tacos: carnitas, pastor, and chorizo. They were good but not great. I'm not sure which one was pastor, none had pineapple that I could taste.

The best taco food truck in Washington! I will definitely comeback again for sure! (it is my second time already 😆) The sauces he makes are absolutely amazing. My friends and I tried the chorizo tacos, shrimp tacos, pork sub, and quesabirria—everything was perfect. The seasoning of the meat, the way the shrimp was grilled, and the amount of sauce were all just right. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best Mexican food truck we’ve ever tried. The sub and tacos were absolutely amazing — packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with real care. The people running the truck are incredibly nice, which makes the whole experience even better. You can feel the pride they put into their food, and it shows in every bite. We’re officially hooked. We’ll be eating here weekly.

The subs and shrimp quesadilla here are amazing. The sauce is insane!! If this place was closer to my house, I’d be here every day. He doesn’t skimp on the protein and really packs it in. I’ll definitely be coming back next time to try the birria and burritos.

Had the carne asada burrito and it was fire. We were driving through on a road trip and i was skeptical but it was worth the price in weight alone. Saying this it was perfectly seasoned and cheesey. Dont forget the side of salsa. Delicious and fresh. Wish i had more time to try the rest of the menu tbh but we had to head off. No photos because we devoured the food. 😅
