Taqueria Chicali Mexican Grill

Tried this spot for the first time and I’m so glad I did. The meat was tender, flavorful, and clearly prepared fresh. Every bite was satisfying. The salsas were soo goood.🤤🤤 The ambiance had a great energy — clean, inviting, and comfortable. What really stood out was the service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the restaurant was spotless. It’s always a good sign when a place takes pride in both the food and the overall experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality tacos and a good atmosphere.

Not a bad taco spot. 5 Stars - the corn tortillas were so delicious and didn’t fall apart. They added another layer of flavor to the tacos which I have not found to be the case. The Cebollas (onions) were absolutely amazing. A nice char and wonderful flavor (with a hint of either lemon or lime?) These are a must with your order. 3 Stars - the pastor had good flavor. The asada was a little lacking in flavor for me. Both were just okay, nothing special. I was really hoping for a char on both. I think that would take these to another level. Most of the salsas were underwhelming but the one pictured had a nice roasted/smoked flavor to it. Chicali beans were also good, unique, with good flavor again nothing out of this world. Hidden gem! What used to be a gas station has became our favorite taco shop. Angus beef cooked with just salt. So simple but so delicious! Salsa bar is complete with cucumbers and radish. You can also order grilled green onions. Clean restaurant, fast service. Plenty of parking and seating. Leslie the assistant manager and cashier is quick, accurate, friendly and serves with a lovely smile!

We loved our experience here. The gal working the register explained so many things and was so helpful. They have a ton of condiments out and you can choose what you like and how much you want. The place looks brand new and has a fun atmosphere. And to top it all off, the food is cooked on a spit or over charcoal and is fantastic!!

Visiting from Cali and was looking for decent tacos and this place hit the spot. Good condiment bar and the young people working there were great..
