Came here for the second time now last night for dinner with a friend and the food and service was just as excellent as the first time! I got the pork chop dinner with rice and beans (the beans are legit out of this world delicious.. Sooo flavorful). Our waitress " X" was awesome!. super nice and helpful with any questions we had. The food came out much faster than at other places and was a 10/10. Definitely check this place out. You won't be disappointed 😋

This was a really nice find for us. The atmosphere was awesome from the moment we walked up. Our waitress X was the absolute best, very friendly, knowledgeable and engaging with our group. The food was by all accounts incredible 🤤 the prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.

We recently tried Tania’s Restaurant here in Hobart for the first time, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We ordered the Bacalieto, the chef’s special soup, and the grilled chicken dinner — and everything was absolutely amazing. Each dish was very tasty, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. Our server Rosie was great, she was friendly, attentive, and welcoming — which made the experience even better. The ambiance was nice, comfortable and inviting. As Hobart locals, we’re so glad we finally gave Tania’s a try. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommend!

Tania's was a pleasant surprise. Off the main street in downtown Hobart sits a oasis of deliciousness. The puerto rican rice was fantastic as were the beans. I got the pork Jibarito which was huge and very tasty. The day I was there they had fresh watermelon juice that was so refreshing. Can't wait to go back to try the rest of the menu. This is a destination spot in northwest Indiana. Seek it out.

If you are looking for some down to earth, Authentic Latin food, Tania's is where you want to be. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and polite. I brought my daughter here for a celebratory birthday dinner, and she loved it, especially the churros and ice cream. The food is great. I love the spicy flavors blended into the food, and it paired well the sides that were served. The homemade Sangria is fruity tasting and refreshing. I've tried two different dishes and will try more with each visit. They even have live DJ music every Saturday night. Tania's has two different locations in East Chicago and Hobart Indiana. So if you're looking to chill, have great food, drinks and live entertainment, bring your family and friends for a good time.
