Long story short, my daughter found out yesterday that she was going to Florida and we could not find her birth certificate. After the storms hit last night they knocked everything out in Southwest Missouri but luckily I got a hold of Forsyth and Delisa not only called local offices but guided me to the only one that could do it for us and I'm happy to say my daughter is on her way to Florida! She totally went out of her way and then called me back with the info and it is just so nice to experience the lost art of wonderful customer service! Thank you Delisa!!!!
